Financial Aid

Dear Families,

We understand that our families may require some financial assistance with tuition and have therefore established a financial aid process that is based upon the following principles:

  • Completely independent of the Administration to maximize discretion
  • Standardized to provide fairness among families
  • Encourages open dialogue, and views our relationship with families as a partnership
  • Supportive of your needs, even if they change during the year

We use Independent School Management’s (ISM) Financial Aid and School Tuition (FAST) program to process our applications. With over 40 years of experience built-in, FAST is an assessment tool that will set an award amount for the financial aid committee to consider. Information about FAST and how to apply is below. All information from FAST is kept confidential and results are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee who will make a recommendation.

The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time. FAST has a 24/7/365 helpline available to you should you have any questions, which can be reached by calling 1-877-326-FAST (2378).

FAST’s fee for the application is $41.00 and can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) after all sections have been completed. The $41.00 application fee will be credited back to you by IHDS at the end of your first month with the school.

After completing the online application, please scan or mail your 2016 tax documents: Federal taxes including all schedules and W-2’s to FAST for verification purposes at the following address:
